With the goal of seeing a brighter future for our children and bringing forward the message of our ancestors we are committed to being the change that we wish to see by honoring and connecting to the source which we all live and breathe.... and with that the Co-Creating a Dream journey was born. With the intention of honoring the sacred wisdom that his rooted within all of us and bridging culture around the globe, it is our goal to honor and respect this wisdom and bring forward the change within, and remind us all that we are all woven deep into this fabric as ONE!
We set our intentions on bridging with one of our oldest and most sacred of cultures...The aboriginal communities of Australia. It was our intention to not only bridge the gaps between cultures and connect the children, but also to honor the culture behind the instrument that has become a foundational part of my life and my music. Yidaki as it is traditionally called, has been a deep part of my musical message and with this journey into the heart of Australia, we shared commitment to honoring the land, its people and seeking out the wisdom that runs deep within this ancient culture.

With 25 show dates across the Eastern region, we began our journey in the south and met with community along the way. Our first stop was in Melbourne. Here is a shot of Nalu during our performance at the Swaggerfest 2014 in Wandiligong... sharing Native American grassdance for the first time on Australian soil.
One of our most memorable stops was the William Rickits sanctuary just outside of Melbourne in the Dandinong Mountains. We had a chance to meet with our good friend Ganga Giri who led us to this magical garden in the forest. There was a powerful energy here. It was a silent and heavy one. The sculptures that were created here among these trees had a story in every one of them.
A blessed evening with our good friends at IDIJ. After a proper meal we sat and shared story and then got a go on the 'Blue Bamboo' (One didg many breathes). This didg has been shared by many wonderful folks and it was a massive honor to send our vibes through it…Big thanks Guan and the IDIJ family!!
